About Ben:

Inspired by inspiring others in their journey to optimize performance and reach their vision of total-health

I love the instruction, application, and evolving comprehension of how the body moves, functions, and performs. Integrating a stoic-based philosophical approach, I aim to continuously expand my knowledge and experience so that I may share what I know about the mind & body and what that connection means to YOU. Using skills obtained in motivational interviewing & behavior change coursework, I consider myself as more than just a “physical” strength coach.

Reaching a desired total-health outcome involves more than just the physically tangible effort. Let me help you develop a mindset around maintaining healthy habits of nutrition, mobility & flexibility, strength & conditioning, and mindfulness. With over 12 years of experience as a health & wellness professional I can guide you through the excess information and noise flooding the wellness industry. My career has provided me with a variety of experiences ranging from corporate wellness, chiropractic assistant, cardiac rehab, geriatric fitness, and sports coaching & conditioning.

Whether you are looking to manage your weight, increase strength, or improve longevity, I can help you develop a focus and plan out the best and most meaningful ways to accomplish your vision for total-health and self-care habits.
