My name is Ben and I am a passionate person and fitness professional. I maintain a profound appreciation for sharing, applying, and evolving my knowledge around the human body; particularly in how we move through space, physiologically function, and perform under stress. I understand my role as a strength coach extends well beyond “physical fitness.” With over 15 years of experience as a health & wellness professional, I will guide you through the excess of information and “noise” flooding the wellness industry. My career has provided me with a variety of experiences ranging from sport-specific performance, corporate wellness, chiropractic assistantship, Phase II & III cardiac rehabilitation, geriatric fitness, and competition-based strength & conditioning.

Discovering and acquiring the ideal scenario of total-health & fitness involves so much more than the physical, tangible effort and furthermore unique to the individual. I will help you develop a healthy mindset around your journey to a healthier you. I will assist you in creating, maintaining, and implementing self-care habits around nutrition, mobility & flexibility, strength & conditioning, performance, and mindfulness. I integrate a philosophically Stoic approach to my coaching. I vow to continuously expand my knowledge and experience around mindfulness, nutrition, and physical movement so that I may share the best of that knowledge with you; my client.
