Buff Body Services:

Sessions can be in-person or virtual based on preference. Frequency of sessions is dependent upon scheduling and investment. Meeting at least once per week is ideal for tracking progress and review of the following metrics:

  • objectives/goals and how they align with your total-health vision

  • weekly nutrition logs and digestive health

  • Biometric measurements**:

    • Body weight

    • Body-fat percentage

    • Body Mass Index

    • Blood Pressure

    • Heart rate

    • Circumference measurements

    • Progress/form-assessment photos & video

**any and all measurements are optional, though recommended

All sessions and plans include having me “in your back pocket.” I encourage my clients to text me outside of our scheduled appointments with questions, concerns, moments of inspiration, and especially those critical decision-making moments (e.g. pondering in the grocery store aisle about which type of rice is best).

 

Cancellation Policy:

Failing to show up to your appointment or a cancellation within 24 hours of the agreed appointment time will be non-refundable. I am not a robot and will grant ‘freebie cancellations’ in lieu of emergency-related and/or unforeseen circumstances. In the context of repeated instances of cancellation, regardless of circumstance, I reserve the right to prioritize your reserved session time to other clientele. All transactions are final and non-refundable.

 

Initial Consultation - FREE

This is where our journey begins! Meet with me in person or virtually to discuss your vision for a better you. In 45-60 minutes we will go through a total-health questionnaire & assessment to review your current state of physical fitness, nutrition habits, mindset and the barriers that have kept you from reaching that vision. After establishing this baseline intake of information, we will discuss the best course of action to prioritize, measure, and achieve your ‘Buff Body’ and turn your total-health vision into a reality!

Fitness Training: 30-minute

Spend a half-hour going through an efficient, effective, and customized workout routine. It is strongly encouraged to arrive early and warm up 5-10 minutes prior to the session to maximize our time together. (A warm-up routine will be prescribed at our initial session.) Training format, movement selection, and intensity will be customized to match your physical fitness assessment and goal(s) established during the Initial Consultation. Each session will include cool-down, stretching protocol, and potential “homework.”

$40 per session

Fitness Training: 60-minute

Expect everything provided in the 30-minute session with double the duration and a cost savings! Having a full hour allows for a more thorough session and check-in with your progress. Each week will provide further insight to your journey and total-health vision!

$65 per session

Meal & Nutrition Plan*

With a one-time investment and 3-5 days of food & meal intake tracking submitted by the client, I will provide you with a suggested macronutrient-focused meal plan designed to compliment your lifestyle, habits, and physical activity. Using evidence-based metabolic calculations, we will establish your unique Resting Energy Expenditure (REE) and match your caloric needs to your total-health vision. 4 weeks of check-in sessions are included and strongly encouraged if purchasing a meal & nutrition plan only.

*It is recommended that anyone with a diagnosed medical condition(s), eating disorder(s), and/or prescribed dietary needs/restrictions meet with their primary care provider or Registered Dietician for specific nutritional guidance.

Meal & Nutrition Plan only: $350
Combined with WEEKLY 30 or 60 minute fitness training: $200

6 & 12-Week Training & Nutrition Plans

With a one-time investment, I will provide you with a customized easy-to-follow training regimen AND nutrition plan. Plans are for either a six week “phase” or twelve week “meso-cycle.” Weekly check-in sessions are included and strongly encouraged throughout the duration of the purchased plan. These check-ins can be completed in-person or virtually. During check-in sessions we will review and discuss plan implementation, progressions, and biometric measurements**.

The 6 & 12 Week Training & Nutrition Plans are ideal for those who do well with personal accountability and a minimum 2 years of cumulative gym experience is recommended.

6 weeks: $450
12 weeks: $800
