When I reached out to Ben, my goals were to fall in love with fitness again and regain the drive I once had for being fit and strong. I was at a low-point mentally with my health & fitness. I was unmotivated and doubtful that hiring a personal trainer/coach would help me.

Ben helped me shift my mindset. I was able to find comfort with where I am at in my journey. This mindset shift brought with it the drive I had lost before. Along the way, he keeps our sessions interesting by implementing variety to the workouts and exercises.

I’m thankful to now be in a place that I have not found in a long time; I can exercise on my own without feeling like giving up! My mindset is completely different than before we started.
